Auto Parts Companies

Project Overview

This office space is designed for an enterprise specializing in electronic products, auto parts, and industrial equipment. Guided by the concept of “Rational Technology as the Structure, Human Warmth as the Experience,” the design presents a refined modern workspace with subtle industrial aesthetics.

At its core, the space merges the precision of engineering with the comfort of human-centered design. Through carefully balanced material contrasts, smooth color transitions, and minimal artistic elements, the office achieves an environment that feels both structured and innovative, yet warm and approachable.

The planning focuses on efficiency, collaboration, and functional diversity. Two-person island workstations act as flexible “cell units,” enabling real-time interaction between engineers and designers. A minimalist pantry serves as a social pause point, while the chairman’s office is thoughtfully divided into four distinct zones — workspace, meeting area, tea lounge, and private room — forming a modern, systemized decision-making hub.

The result is a workspace that balances logic with comfort, creating a productive environment that supports innovation and team synergy.

Design Concept

A structured, modular planning approach inspired by efficiency, collaboration, and technological precision, softened through human-centered spatial experiences.

Visual Identity

Natural wood tones combined with white and brown elements create a clean yet warm atmosphere, while marble and metallic accents reinforce a refined industrial identity.

Spatial Goal

To create a high-performance office environment that enhances collaboration, supports focused work, and reflects a strong, innovation-driven corporate image.

The Brief & Challenges

The client required an office that could reflect a strong technological identity while improving team efficiency and employee comfort. At the same time, the chairman’s office needed to support multiple functions, including decision-making, business meetings, and confidential discussions.

The primary challenge was to balance structured industrial aesthetics with a welcoming, human-centric environment. The design also needed to integrate open collaboration with privacy, while ensuring efficient circulation within a limited space.

Through modular planning, strategic zoning, and thoughtful material selection, the design successfully minimizes communication barriers, enhances workflow, and strengthens the brand’s professional identity — resulting in a modern office that is efficient, innovative, and people-focused.

Results & Impact

The project demonstrates how a structured, technology-driven office can be transformed into a balanced and human-centered workspace. By combining efficient planning, refined material selection, and thoughtful spatial zoning, the design creates an environment that supports both productivity and well-being, while reinforcing the brand’s professional and innovative identity.

1. Improved Workflow

Clear zoning and efficient planning reduce friction and enhance daily operations.

2. Stronger Brand Identity

The space reflects a refined industrial-tech image aligned with the company’s core business.

3. Enhanced Employee Experience
