A multi-functional live-streaming and fashion studio on a modern industrial base. It merges artistic expression with high-performance function — a space built for content creation and immersive brand storytelling.
Fair-faced concrete sets a bold industrial frame, warmed by natural wood. Accents of Hermès orange and deep green, plus generous greenery, bring the space to life — modern, artistic and full of energy.
Production and daily work sit side by side. Lounge and pantry areas keep it comfortable and social; professional zones — fitting rooms, a shoe display area and a fully equipped lighting studio — handle high-quality content; and meeting rooms and technical zones run the operation. The result is both an efficient office and a live creative studio.

The Brief & Challenges
The client needed one space that could do it all — live streaming, fashion display, content production and office work — with a bold, fashion-forward identity and better workflow for staff. The challenge was fitting all those functions (shooting zones, fitting rooms, meeting rooms, workspaces and break-out areas) onto one floor without them clashing, while balancing high-end materials like concrete and pro lighting against budget. Careful zoning, clean circulation and smart material choices pulled the industrial look and the practical function into one high-performing studio.
