Project Overview
A branded office for FUSALA, built on a modern, minimalist palette with natural materials. The brief: a space that looks professional to visiting clients but stays relaxed and easy to work in day to day.
Warm wood and off-white surfaces set the tone, with curved edges and linear lighting softening the architecture. Glass partitions, greenery and natural light keep the floor open and bright. The layout is zoned around how the team works: a compact reception with circular lighting anchors the brand, flexible lounge areas handle informal meetings, meeting rooms stay clean and efficient, and a dedicated tea room gives staff a quiet break-out spot.

The Brief & Challenges
The main constraint was floor area — fitting work areas, meeting rooms and break-out space into a compact footprint while keeping circulation clear and the layout uncluttered, all within budget. We solved it with tight space planning, glass partitions that borrow light and sightlines, and a restrained material palette that reads premium without the premium cost.
