Modern Oriental Shared Office
Project Overview
A modern Oriental-style shared office, built on "symbiosis with nature, human-centered workspaces." It blends Eastern philosophy with modern minimalism — an environment that stays professionally efficient while feeling calm and relaxed.
Warm wood and champagne gold set the base, with natural stone and tactile materials softening the hard architectural lines. Modular carpets, wooden grille partitions and micro-landscape installations tie Oriental aesthetics to everyday office function. The layout supports both collaboration and individual comfort. The lift lobby and water bar double as social points, open workspaces encourage teamwork, a dedicated tea room offers a quiet retreat, and phone booths plus artistic installations give privacy while carrying the brand.
The result is a refined, lively workspace that looks professional and genuinely improves how it feels to work there — efficient, but calm.

The Brief & Challenges
The client wanted to upgrade their office to build a unified brand image, lift employee satisfaction and efficiency, and help reduce turnover — a space that felt open, comfortable and on-brand. The challenge was fitting work areas, meeting rooms, leisure zones and reception into a limited footprint without overcrowding, all on a tight budget. Strategic zoning, efficient planning and considered materials struck the balance between usability, aesthetics and brand.
