Project Overview
This project is designed as a multi-functional live streaming and fashion studio, built on a modern industrial design foundation. The concept merges artistic expression with high-performance functionality, creating a space that supports both content creation and immersive brand storytelling.
The design uses fair-faced concrete to establish a bold industrial framework, softened by natural wood textures to introduce warmth and balance. Accents of Hermès orange and deep green, combined with large areas of greenery, bring vibrancy and life into the space, resulting in a modern, artistic, and energetic atmosphere.
Functionally, the space integrates creative production with everyday work life. Lounge areas and pantry spaces provide comfort and human connection, while professional zones such as fitting rooms, shoe display areas, and a fully equipped lighting studio support high-quality content creation. Meeting rooms and technical zones form the operational core, making the studio both an efficient workspace and a dynamic creative environment.

The Brief & Challenges
The client required a studio space that could combine live streaming, fashion display, content production, and office functionality within a single environment. The design needed to reflect a bold, modern, and fashion-forward brand identity while also improving workflow efficiency and employee experience.
The main challenge was integrating multiple functions — including workspaces, relaxation areas, professional shooting zones, fitting rooms, and meeting rooms — without creating spatial conflict. At the same time, the design had to balance high-end materials like concrete finishes and professional lighting systems with cost control.
Through careful zoning, optimized circulation, and strategic material use, the design successfully unifies artistic atmosphere, industrial aesthetics, and practical functionality into a cohesive and high-performing creative studio.
