Shared Office Space

Project Overview

This project is designed as a modern Oriental-style shared office space, guided by the concept of “Symbiosis with Nature, Human-Centered Workspaces.” The design blends Eastern philosophy with modern minimalism to create an environment that balances professional efficiency with a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Warm wood tones and champagne gold form the foundation of the space, complemented by natural stone textures and tactile materials that soften rigid architectural boundaries. Elements such as modular carpets, wooden grille partitions, and micro-landscape installations seamlessly integrate Oriental aesthetics with contemporary office functionality.

The spatial layout is carefully structured to support both collaboration and individual comfort. Transitional zones such as the elevator lobby and water bar act as social interaction points, while open workspaces promote teamwork. A dedicated tea room introduces a quiet, reflective environment, and phone booths alongside artistic installations provide privacy while reinforcing brand identity.

The result is a refined yet vibrant workspace that reflects professionalism while enhancing employee well-being — achieving a balance between efficient work and a sense of calm, almost poetic living.

Design Concept

A modern Oriental design language that integrates nature, culture, and minimalism to create a balanced workspace focused on both productivity and well-being.

Visual Identity

A sophisticated palette of warm wood, champagne gold, and soft neutrals creates an elegant and calming atmosphere with subtle cultural depth.

Spatial Goal

To develop a flexible and efficient shared workspace that supports collaboration, privacy, and comfort while reflecting a strong and refined brand identity.

The Brief & Challenges

The client aimed to upgrade their office environment to create a unified brand identity, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance overall work efficiency. The space needed to feel open, comfortable, and aligned with the company’s professional image, while also helping reduce employee turnover.

The primary challenge was managing multiple functional requirements within a limited space. The design had to integrate work areas, meeting rooms, leisure zones, and reception spaces without overcrowding the layout. Additionally, strict budget constraints required a careful balance between design quality and practical execution.

Through strategic zoning, efficient space planning, and thoughtful material selection, the project successfully achieves a harmonious balance between usability, aesthetics, and brand expression.

Results & Impact

The project demonstrates how a compact office can be transformed into a refined and high-performing shared workspace by integrating cultural design elements with modern functionality. Through optimized planning and thoughtful detailing, the space delivers both efficiency and emotional comfort.
